NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held by the Gleason Board of Mayor and Aldermen on Monday, the 17th day of August, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at Gleason City Hall.
The hearing is to receive public for a proposed zoning amendment to rezone properties (Tax Map 127, Parcels 30.08, 30.11, & 30.25 located on Smyth Lane from B-1 (Neighborhood Business) to R-1 (Low-Density Residential. The properties are owned, respectively by Robert Fuller, Loyd Cunningham, & Cary Lehmkuhl. Full copies of the proposed amendment may be viewed at Gleason City Hall during normal business hours. All interested persons are invited to attend and comment.
