Martin Public Library to host local author signing June 1

The Martin Public Library will host local author Erin Chesnut for a book signing and discussion at 12:30 p.m., Saturday, June 1, at the library. Chesnut’s debut novel, “Fight for Me,” is a Hallmark-style contemporary romance following the journey of a young woman who finds the strength to stand up for herself and fight for what’s really important.

Chesnut is a longtime Martin resident and proud University of Tennessee at Martin alumna. She covered university events for the UT Martin Office of University Relations for five years and has been published in newspaper and magazine outlets across Tennessee. She is also a Writer’s Digest international contest winner. “Fight for Me” is her first fiction novel. Paperback books will be available at the event, and digital copies are sold exclusively through Amazon.
